For security reasons the form will timeout after 45 minutes.

Update an existing application

Do not re-apply to update your application. This will delay your existing application.

If you need support in supported accommodation

You'll be added to our waiting list.

One of our accommodation providers will contact you if a place becomes available.

You may be contacted by the HRS Gateway Team to clarify your details or to discuss other possible routes of support.

Due to high demand we can’t guarantee support accommodation for everyone on the waiting list.
